Eight years ago, a close family friend lost nearly everything in a house fire. They had insurance, or so they thought. When they filed their claim, they discovered their policy had major gaps. Their personal belongings were underinsured by tens of thousands of dollars, and their living expenses coverage ran out months before they could move back in.

Their agent at the time worked for a single carrier. He had sold them the cheapest policy available without ever explaining what it did not cover. Nobody ever reviewed their coverage as their home value increased and they added renovations. They were left holding the bag.

That experience changed my life. I left a career in financial services to become a licensed Property and Casualty agent, not to sell insurance but to protect people. I founded 123 Insurance Group as an independent agency so I could work with dozens of carriers and always put the client first.

Today, every client gets a thorough coverage review, honest recommendations, and an agent who picks up the phone when it matters. I never want another family to go through what my friend went through. That is why I do this work.
